Culturia ist based on Spaces and Networks: For about 3-6 months the participants is afforded the possibility to get workspace (Josetti Höfe, Berlin Mitte) and livingspace (culturia-flat, Berlin Lichtenberg). To ease the access to cultural and social potentialities of the city, they are integrated into a network with interested Berliners.
